Meet Shelby Frost, a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for holistic wellness and a deep commitment to her community. With nearly two decades of experience, Shelby’s healthcare journey began as a Certified Nursing Assistant in 2003. Her pursuit of knowledge and dedication to patient care has brought her to where she is today.
Shelby’s educational journey took her to Northwest College in Powell, WY, where she earned her associate degree in nursing (ADN) in 2005. She began her career as a Registered Nurse (RN) at North Big Horn Hospital and its clinic, all while pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), which she completed in 2009. During this time, Shelby connected deeply with her patients, building lasting relationships and supporting their unique health journeys.
Her quest to provide more comprehensive care led her to earn a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), becoming an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Since 2014, she has applied her expertise across various healthcare settings, from long-term care and emergency medicine to ambulatory care and hospitals.
In 2018, Shelby achieved her dream by opening Five Springs Health and Wellness Center LLC in Powell, WY. At her clinic, she continues to learn from her patients, empowering them to enhance their overall health, reduce disease risk, and receive ongoing support. Shelby’s patient-centered approach welcomes individuals of all ages, especially those eager to explore diverse wellness modalities.
Shelby is passionate about functional wellness care, specializing in hormone and thyroid optimization, weight loss, and aesthetic injections. She also excels in managing complex health issues, always with a dedicated and personalized touch.
Stephanie Jolley, LPN
LPN
Stephanie is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and has worked with Shelby for eight years and has eleven years of experience in healthcare. If you have been in the office to see Shelby, Stephanie was the friendly face that escorted you back and took your vitals. She has a passion for helping patients and getting to know them on a personal level and Stephanie’s passion is seen daily in her dedication and commitment to our patients. If she’s not working away in the office, you might find Stephanie at one of her son’s sports events, out on the golf course with her husband or daughter, or even tucked away in the mountain with her family.
Renae Miller, RN
LPN
Meet Renae Miller, an accomplished and dedicated RN. She has spent the last 25 years in the dynamic field of nursing, contributing to the well-being of patients. Her journey as a compassionate and driven nurse has taken her to different roles throughout the years. These experiences equipped her with a deep understanding of patient care, and an unwavering commitment to delivering high quality patient care.
In her prior job as Director of Nursing, she had honed her skills in team coordination, resource management, and the development of teams. Her love for people has been the driving force behind her career.
Renae is absolutely thrilled and beyond excited to embark on this new journey as a nurse at Five Springs. The opportunity to combine her passion for nursing with the world of aesthetics and wellness is a dream come true. This new role is not just a job; it’s a chance to make a positive impact on people’s lives and she is ready to embrace it with enthusiasm, dedication, and desire to contribute to the well-being and confidence of our clients.
Renae is married to her husband of 26 years Levi Miller, and together they have 3 adult children, Delanee 23, Cambree 20, and Curtis 19. When Renae is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and traveling.
Jessica Bennett, Reception
A native of Hulett, Wyoming, has made a name for herself in the charming town of Powell, Wyoming, where she currently resides with her husband Colby and their pup Maizee. With an associate degree in business and a passion for real estate, Jessica has earned her real estate license and actively pursues her career in this dynamic field. On her days off, she enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, cherishing the moments that make life in Wyoming so special. Jessica is excited to be a part of this team and looks forward to contributing her skills and enthusiasm to the collective success.
Lisa Hobby, PA
Lisa Hobby is a Certified Physicians Assistant who has provided primary care in the Big Horn Basin for 30 years. She grew up in southern Indiana, and graduated from nursing school in 1986. She worked as a nurse until 1994, at which point she graduated from the University of North Dakota as a PA. She and her husband Dale live here in Powell, and they have a grown, lovely daughter, Oliva. Lisa follows the same practicing techniques and philosophy as Shelby, ensuring consistency in her methods and approach to practice. Both Lisa and Shelby emphasize a commitment to high standards, thoroughness, and a focus on results. Their shared philosophy underscores the importance of precision, continuous improvement, and a patient-centered approach, ensuring that Five Springs and Northern Wyoming not only meets but exceeds industry standards.
