Appointment Policy
Arriving late will result in a loss of valuable treatment time for you. Although we aim to complete your entire session within the allotted time, tardiness of more than 10 minutes could result in rescheduling. For detailed information on fees, please consult our cancellation policy. For all New patients and current patients a credit card on file is required to make an appointment.
Cancellation/ No Show Policy
At Northern Wyoming Medical + Aesthetics, we have a 48 hour cancellation/no show policy to ensure guests are able to schedule appointments in a timely manner. The credit card on file will be charged the following fee for any appointment that is missed and/or cancelled within 48 hours:
A $100 fee will be applied to all appointments for cancellations or no-shows.
No-shows and/or late cancellations three times will require a client to prepay in full for future services at the time of booking. In the event of a no-show or cancellation, the pre-paid amount is non-refundable. In the event that an appointment is rescheduled within 48 hours of the original appointment time, the payment will be credited for future services at Northern Wyoming Medical + Aesthetics.
In addition to being booked out weeks to months in advance, we also have a long waiting list for our providers. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. Last-minute cancellations prevent us from being able to fill those gaps. As a result, our team can continue to provide you and future patients with excellent service, while also valuing the time of their team members.
By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing and consenting to our cancellation/no-show policy.
Refund Policy
As aesthetic results vary from person to person, we are unable to guarantee the outcome. Clients are responsible for purchasing additional treatments if additional treatments are needed. We do not offer refunds on any services rendered.
Retail
We do not issue refunds on products purchased. Products that are defective may only be exchanged for the same product within 7 days.
Gift Certificates cannot be refunded.
