Our MedSpa Membership is a simple and flexible way to invest in your self-care. By making regular payments, you build a personal Beauty Bank that can be used dollar for dollar toward any of our services and products at your convenience.
Choose from:
Essential Membership
- $100/month with 5% off products and services.
Preferred Membership
- $200/month with 10% off products and services.
VIP Membership
- $300/month with 20% off products and services.
All memberships qualify for Quarterly Perks to be announced.
Benefits of Membership:
No Expiration: Your Beauty Bank balance never expires, so you can use it when it’s most convenient for you. However, we kindly request that your account balance does not exceed the equivalent of one year’s membership fees.
How to Use Your Beauty Bank:
- Schedule Your Service: Book any MedSpa service of your choice, such as facials, injectables, laser treatments, and more.
- Apply Your Bank Balance: When it’s time to pay, simply use your Beauty Bank balance to cover the cost of the service.
- Pay the Difference (If needed): If your bank balance doesn’t cover the full cost of the service, you’ll only pay the difference. All discounts will still apply.

Payment Policy & Membership Disclaimer
Northern Wyoming Wellness + Aesthetics is a cash-pay clinic. We do not accept or bill any form of insurance, including Medicare or Medicaid. Payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods. Please note the following membership terms:
- Membership Commitment: We kindly ask that members maintain their membership for a minimum of 6 months to achieve the best results.
- Missed Payments: If a member misses more than two consecutive payments, their membership will be automatically canceled. If your payment is 30 days overdue, your membership will be canceled. To re-enroll, a $100 processing and administration fee will be charged in addition to your monthly membership fee.
- Beauty Bank Credits: Upon membership cancellation, please use all accrued Beauty Bank credits within 30 days. Any unused credits after this period will be forfeited. Services only need to be purchased and scheduled, not performed within this time.
- No Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds on any memberships, services, or products. All payments made are final.
- Stacking Discounts: Please note that membership discounts cannot be stacked. If there is a special or quarterly perk, you will need to choose the best option available at that time.
- Balance: Please ensure your account balance does not exceed one year’s membership dues (e.g., $1200 for an Essential Membership) to help us avoid carrying a large balance into the next fiscal year.
