Northern Wyoming Medical + Aesthetics formerly known as Five Springs was founded to help people reach their maximum health potential.

The traditional healthcare model posed too many obstacles and our team saw people feeling frustrated and giving up on pursuing a healthier lifestyle. At NWW+A, we offer primary medical, aesthetic, weight loss and hormone replacement care, nutrition support, body sculpting, and more. We focus on noninvasive and nonsurgical interventions. Our goal is to help individuals prevent surgeries, disease and extreme medical intervention.

Our team loves getting to know our clients and working directly with people to enhance overall health. As a team, we believe that good health starts with good relationships.
